Deposit: 50% of total room charges (minimum deposit is first 2 nights) is needed to confirm reservation with balance due on arrival.
Cancellation:
After 3 days from booking, the higher of $20 or 5% of deposit.
Refunds:
Refund = Deposit - Cancellation Fee.
